By Your Side Assistance Dogs

Owner Trained Eligibility:

To process your application with By Your Side Assistance Dogs, please see the following criteria:

​

You must:

• Live within the United Kingdom

• Have a medical diagnosis of your/your child’s disability, or be in the process of getting the medical diagnosis.

• Have a dog under the age of four.

• Be over the age of six.

• Have a secure back garden.

• The dog must receive at least two hours per day when he/she is ‘off duty’ and allowed to just be a dog

• Be willing to put in a minimum of 2 years training with your dog to qualify and continue trainer there after.

• Your dog must be insured and vaccinated
